呼吸道感染性疾病患儿EB病毒抗体和EB-DNA表达分析 被引量:10

Expression of Epstein-Barr virus IgG,IgA,IgM antibodies and EB-DNA in children with respiratory tract infectious diseases and age status

摘要 目的分析200例儿童呼吸道感染性疾病患儿EB病毒IgG、IgA、IgM抗体和EB-DNA表达及年龄状况。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月医院收治的200例儿童呼吸道感染性疾病患儿为观察组和同期100例无呼吸道感染的患儿为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患儿的EB病毒IgG、IgA、IgM,采用荧光定量PCR法检测患儿的EB-DNA;观察两组患儿EB病毒IgG、IgA、IgM抗体和EB-DNA表达情况以及年龄分布状况。结果观察组EBV-IgG、EBV-IgA、EBV-IgM表达显著高于对照组,EB-DNA显著低于对照组,且EBV-IgG、EBV-IgA、EBVIgM和EB-DNA检测阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05);<8岁的患儿EBV-IgG、EBV-IgA、EBV-IgM和EB-DNA的阳性检出率随着年龄的增长而呈现出不断上升的趋势,但>8岁患儿的EB-DNA检测阳性率有小幅度的下降,EBV-IgG、EBV-IgA、EBV-IgM检查阳性率仍呈上升趋势。结论 EB病毒IgG、IgA、IgM抗体和EB-DNA性疾病患儿中的表达较无呼吸道感染患儿表达不同,且根据年龄不同而存在差异,对疾病的诊断、治疗以及检测复发具有一定的价值。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) IgG, IgA, IgM antibodies and EB-DNA in 200 children with respiratory tract infectious diseases and analyze the age status.METHODS Totally 200 children with respiratory tract infectious diseases who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2014 to Dec 2015 were chosen as the observation group, meanwhile, 100 children without respiratory tract infection were set as the control group.The EBV IgG, IgA and IgM were detected for the children by means of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the EB-DNA was detected by using fluorogenic quantitative PCR.The expression of EBV IgG, IgA, IgM antibodies and EB-DNA and age status were observed and compared between the two groups of children.RESULTS The levels of expression of EBV-IgG, EBV-IgA and EBV-IgM were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, the level of expression of EB-DNA of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the positive rates of EBV-IgG, EBV-IgA, EBV-IgM and EB-DNA were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P〈0.05).The positive rates of EBV-IgG, EBV-IgA, EBV-IgM and EB-DNA of the children who were less than 8 years old were increased with the age, however, the positive rate of EB-DNA of the children who were more than 8 years old showed a slight decline, while the positive rates of EBV-IgG, EBV-IgA and EBV-IgM still showed upward trends.CONCLUSION The expression of EBV IgG, IgA, IgM antibodies and EB-DNA differs from the children with respiratory tract infectious diseases to the children without respiratory tract infection and varies in the age group, which has certain value in treatment and examination of recurrence of diseases.
