摘要
国家标准GB/T 28863-2012《商品质量监督抽样检验程序具有先验质量信息的情形》,既可监督产品质量水平,又可监督企业管理能力,是一个很好的标准。但是,由于标准自身一些问题,使应用范围大幅度缩小,限制其功能的发挥,阻碍了普及和推广,甚至会产生误判的可能。
National standard GB/T 2886.7-2012 ＂Sampling Inspection Procedures for Commodity Applyint to the case with Prior Information of Quality ＂, is an excellent standard which can supervise products quality standard as well as monitor management ability of enterprises. However, the existing problems of the standard narrows its appliacation scope by a large margin, limits its functional perfomance and popularization and may even leads to misjudgemont.
