摘要 大学生的就业能力通过不断学习、应用、实践再学习可以逐步提升。本文以绩效管理课程教学改革为例,把小组合作学习法引入课堂教学,按照男女搭配、每组限3人的原则进行抽签分组,引导学生积极参加小组合作学习活动,变被动学习为主动学习,锻炼学生资料收集和筛选能力、逻辑思维能力、PPT制作能力、演讲能力、团队合作能力、进行总结能力、解决问题能力等方面能力,进而培养、提升大学生就业能力。 The employability of college students can be gradually improved through continuous study, application and practice. The paper takes the reform of the Performance Management Course teaching as an example. In this research, the method of group cooperative learning is introduced into the classroom teaching. According to the principle of mixing men and women, the class is divided into many groups by drawing lots and each is limited to 3 students. Students are guided to actively participate in cooperative learning activities, encouraging active learning rather than passive learning. Through this kind of learning, students' abilities of collecting and screening data, thinking logically, making PPT, speaking, cooperating, summarizing and solving problems can be trained, thus cultivating and enhancing the employability of college students.
