摘要
聚苯胺添加到环氧-富锌底漆中,其独特的导电性能被认为可以大大降低富锌底漆中锌粉的用量并提供有效的电化学保护,从而改善富锌底漆的施工性能和附着力,提高涂层性能。把纤维状的导电聚苯胺添加到环氧-富锌底漆中配制成复合涂层,通过测试不同涂层对Q235钢的保护效果,研究导电聚苯胺与锌粉的配合及其对锌粉的替代作用。
Polyaniline was added into epoxy zinc-rich primer to greatly reduce the dosage of zinc and improve electrochemical protection due to its conductivity. Besides, adhesion and application property and coating properties of zinc-rich primer were enhanced. The conductive polyaniline nanofiber was added into epoxy zinc-rich primer to obtain composite coating and the protective property on Q235 steel was tested to study the coordination and substitute between polyaniline and zinc.
