摘要
钛白粉是目前用途最广泛、应用效果最好的无机白色颜料,借助仪器分析可以快速对钛白粉样品进行直观表征。X射线衍射仪(XRD)和X荧光光谱仪(XRF)在分析钛白粉晶体类型和元素组成等方面有着重要应用。对XRD和XRF在钛白粉分析中的应用进行简要概述。
Titanium dioxide as inorganic white pigments, are widely used in coatings industry with good performances. The titanium dioxide can be quickly characterized by theinstrument analysis. X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF) play an important role in analyzing the composition and crystal type. The application of XRD and XRFin titanium dioxide is summarized.
