摘要
目的:探讨感知觉训练疗法对高危儿认知能力的影响,并观察事件相关电位P300对认知能力变化的评估。方法:将我科40例高危儿随机分为治疗组(n=20)和对照组(n=20),对照组只接受常规家庭干预指导,治疗组在此基础上给予早期感知觉训练,两组均随访3个月。治疗前后采用Gesell智力量表及P300检测。结果:两组治疗后P300的潜伏期值较治疗前显著缩短,P300波幅较治疗前显著增大,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后Gesell量表评分较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期感知觉训练疗法可以有效地提高高危儿的认知能力。
Objective: To discuss the effect of sensory perception training therapy on the cognitive ability of high risk infants,and observe the correlation of potential P300 of the related events with the cognitive ability changes. Methods: 40 high-risk children in my department were randomized into the therapy group( 20 cases) and the control group( 20 cases). Children in the control group received conventional family guidance,while the treatment group were given early sensory perception training therapy on the basis of conventional family guidance. Children in both groups had been followed up for 3 months. Gesell and P300 were used to detect the high-risk children before and after treatment. Results: After treatment,the P300 peak latency value of both groups shortened more significantly,and P300 amplitude was significantly increased compared with that before treatment,the treatment group gained more significant effect than that of the control group( P〈0.05). Gesell scoring of both groups improved greatly after treatment( P〈0.05),the scoring of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 05).Conclusion: Early sensory perception training therapy may effectively improve the cognitive abilities of high-risk children.
