南蛇藤酒配合中药熏蒸治疗痹症的疗效观察

Curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with C. articulatus thunb wine in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome

目的:探究南蛇藤酒配合中药熏蒸在痹症治疗中的疗效。方法:从我院选取80例风湿寒性关节痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各40例,分别予以西医治疗和南蛇藤酒配合中药熏蒸治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的效果、晨僵时间和疼痛评分。结果:实验组的临床总有效率为95.00%,对照组为77.50%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义关节痛(痹症)患者采用南蛇藤酒配合中药熏蒸治疗具有较高的临床疗效,可显著缓解患者的关节疼痛症状。

Objective： To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with C. articulatus thunb wine in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome. Methods： A total of 80 cases of rheumatic arthralgia patients from our hospital were selected as the research subjects,who were randomized into the control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group,and were treated with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with C. articulatus thunb wine, respectively. The treatment effects,pain score and morning stiffness time of patients in both groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate was 95% in the experimental group,and 77.50% in the control group,which was of statistical difference（ χ^2= 5.16,P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with C. articulatus thunb wine in the treatment of rheumatic arthralgia（ arthralgia） will be more effective and it can significantly relieve the symptoms of patients with joint pain.
