Research progress of Ponseti technique in the treatment of congenital clubfoot

先天性马蹄内翻足是出生后常见下肢畸形问题,不仅影响患儿外观形态而且影响患儿的运动功能,给患儿及家庭带来影响。ponseti技术是一种治疗先天性马蹄内翻足的方法,合理正确使用该技术后可重新获得表观及功能良好的足,具有有效、经济、简单易行等特点。现就先天性马蹄内翻足概述、ponseti技术治疗原则、ponseti技术在先天性马蹄足中的临床应用、ponseti技术发展趋势及挑战等方面的研究进展作一综述。

Congenital clubfoot is a common problem of lower limb deformities after birth,it can not only affect the appearance but also the movement function of children,bring burden to children and their families. Ponseti technology is a method of treatment for congenital clubfoot,and the reasonable use will regain apparent and good function for the feet. It has the characteristics of efficient,economic,simple and feasible to use. This paper summarized the outline of the congenital clubfoot,the principle of ponseti treatment,the clinical application of ponseti technology to congenital clubfoot,trends and challenges of ponseti technology.
