阴道三维超声与阴道二维超声测量剖宫产术后切口瘢痕憩室最薄肌层厚度的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨使用阴道三维超声与阴道二维超声测量剖宫产术后切口瘢痕憩室的最薄肌层厚度的效果。方法:选取2012年6月~2016年12月在我院就诊,既往有剖宫病史,超声检查考虑切口瘢痕憩室的200例病人,分别用阴道三维超声和阴道二维超声测量子宫切口瘢痕憩室的最薄肌层厚度。结果:阴道三维超声能准确测量剖宫产术后切口瘢痕憩室的最薄肌层厚度,特别对于肌层厚度≤2mm的检出率,阴道三维超声组显著优于阴道二维超声组,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阴道三维超声能准确地测量剖宫产术后切口瘢痕憩室最薄肌层厚度,较其它检查方式具有便捷、费用低、重复性好、无辐射等优点。能为妇产科临床在治疗方式上的选择及术前的精确评估提供可靠的依据。 Objective: To explore the effect of transvaginal 3D-ultrasonography and transvaginal 2D-ultrasonography in the measuring of the thinnest muscle layer thickness on previous cesarean scar defect. Methods: 200 patients who were examined by 2D—TVUS and 3D-TVUS after cesarean section and initial diagnosis were previous cesarean scar defect from Jun 2012 to Dec 2016 in the People’s Hospital of Baiyun District. Results: transvaginal 3D-ultrasonography measure the thinnest muscle layer thickness with good accuracy. especially in the thinnest muscle layer thickness≤2mm. Significantly better than transvaginal 2D-ultrasonography. Two groups were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Transvaginal3D-ultrasonography is a simple,economic,safe and accurate inspection method. It could measure the thinnest muscle layer thickness with good accuracy. It will be the important reference to the corresponding treatment plan.
