优质护理配合能提高心脏手术中的麻醉质量

High quality care can improve the quality of anesthesia in heart surgery

目的探讨心脏手术中护理配合的重要性。方法选取2014年3月-2016年3月期间本院收治的心脏瓣膜置换手术患者240例为研究对象,按照随机分配原则分为对照组和干预组,每组各120例,对照组采用常规护理配合,干预组采用有配合训练且能执行默契的优质护理。比较两组的麻醉质量与患者及家属满意度。结果干预组的气管插管时间为(14.2±3.8)min,明显短于对照组的(28.4±8.2)min;干预组仪器使用正确率为100%,高于对照组的90%;干预组及家属满意度为98.3%,高于对照组及家属的87.5%,两组差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论心脏手术中采用优质的护理配合,可提高麻醉工作的效率及质量,保证麻醉安全。

Objective High quality of nursing cooperation can improve the quality of anesthesia in cardiac surgery.Methods Patients were undergoing cardiac surgery in March2014 to March2016 in our hospital, of which240 cases were recruited in the research object.According to the principle of random distribution,study was divided into Control group and Study group,and each group hasl20 cases.The control group was treated with conventional nursing cooperation, study group was targeted with training and effective implementation of High quality of nursing cooperation. Compared the anesthesia efficiency and patients satisfaction of two groups.Results The study group of the general anesthesia intubation time was （14.2±3.8）min, significantly lower than the control group with general anesthesia intubation time（ 28.4± 8.2）min ; study group instrument using the correct rate of100%, higher than that of the control group using the instrument accuracy rate of 90% ;Study Group patients satisfac- tion was98.3 %, higher than the control group patients satisfaction was 87.5 %, statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion High quality of nursing cooperation can improve the efficiency and quality of anesthesia, ensure the safety of anesthesia, which is important for successful surgery patients.
