By explaning the meaning of the double first-rate,this paper expounds the supporting role of state key laboratory in the double first-rate construction in universities. Through summing up the experience of supporting the double first-rate construction of the State Key Laboratory of Energy and Environmental Photocatalysis of Fuzhou University,this paper discusses the development strategy of the state key laboratory under the guidance of the double first-rate construction.
