海南岛某地面弹药库房湿度控制存在的问题及对策

Problems Exiting in and Countermeasures on the Humidity Control of Certain Ground Magazine in Hainan Island

针对海南地区某地面弹药库房湿度控制中所存在的问题,分析了库房湿度超标对弹药的影响及其作用机理,提出了改善弹药储存环境条件、加强库房硬件条件建设、充分发挥管理人员的主观能动性等改变现状的对策和建议。

Taking the problems exiting in humidity control of certain ground magazine as an example,this paper analyses the influences and mechanisms of excess humidity on ammunition＇s quality,and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to change the situation which includes improving ammunition storing environment,reinforcing construction of depot hardware,giving full play to subjective initiative of managers.
