摘要
指出了胞外聚合物(EPS)是一种复杂的高分子聚合物,主要由微生物分泌、细胞裂解和水解以及吸附环境中的有机物形成,活性污泥中的EPS是维持其三维结构的关键,对活性污泥的絮凝能力、脱水性能、沉降性能、重金属吸附性能等有重要影响。结合国内外研究现状,对活性污泥EPS的组成、提取方法、表征手段、重金属吸附特性等方面进行了总结,并在此基础上对未来的EPS相关研究给出了建议。
Extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)are high molecular weight polymers produced by microbial metabolism secretion, cell lysis or hydrolysis and adsorption organic matter from the environment. The EPS in activatedsludge is the key factor to maintain three--dimensional structure, flocculation capacity, dehydration performance,sedimentation performance and heavy metal adsorption performance of sludge. This paper summarized the extractionmethod of EPS from activated sludge, the composition, the characterization and the adsorption performances of heavymetals. At last,it put forward some suggestions on EPSresearch in future study
