三种藏药十五味乳鹏丸、十味乳香散与五味麝香丸抗痛风作用研究

Study on Anti-goutEffect of Three Tibetan Medicine:ShiwuweiRupeng Pills,ShiweiRuxiangPowder and WuweiShexiang Pills

为研究三种藏成药十五味乳鹏丸、十味乳香散与五味麝香丸的抗痛风作用,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验与氧嗪酸钾致小鼠高尿酸血症实验,检测了小鼠耳肿胀程度与血清中尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐水平来观察十五味乳鹏丸、十味乳香散与五味麝香丸的抗炎及降尿酸作用。实验结果表明:三种藏药均具有明显抑制小鼠耳肿胀,降低血清中尿酸含量的作用(P<0.05或P<0.01)。因此藏药十五味乳鹏丸,十味乳香散,五味麝香丸在治疗痛风上具有明显的抗炎与降尿酸作用。

To study the anti--inflammatory andhypouricemiceffect of three different Tibetan medicine：ShiwuweiRu-peng Pills, ShiweiRuxiang powder and WuweiShexiang Pills, the anti--inflammatory effect of the medicine was ob-served in xylene--induced ear swelling mice and the hypouricemiceffect ofthe medicine was investigated in oxonate--induced hyperuricemia mice. The resultsshowed thatthe medicine can significantly attenuate the level of serum uricacid in hyperuricemic mice and obviously decrease the ear swelling induced by xylene （P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01）. There-fore, the three Tibetan medicine have significant effect on anti--inflammatory andhypouricemic in the treatment ofgout.
