吉林省耐多药结核分枝杆菌异烟肼耐药基因KatG突变特征分析 被引量:5

Mutation characteristics of the KatG gene of multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates from Jilin province

摘要 采用DNA测序技术对吉林省287株耐多药结核分枝杆菌进行KatG基因序列检测,以H37Rv标准株KatG基因DNA序列为参比序列,分析检测菌株KatG基因突变特征。结果显示,239株耐多药结核分枝杆菌KatG基因发生突变,突变率为83.28%(239/287);共涉及13个突变位点,最常见点突变位点为KatG315,突变率为58.18%(167/287)。 Mutations characteristics of katG genes in 287 multidrug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates from Jilin province were analyzed by DNA sequencing technique, H37Rv standard strain was selected as control. The results showed that mutation of katG gene occurred in 239 multi-drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis (83.28% (239/287)), involving 13 mutation sites. The most common mutation site was KatG315 (58.18% (167/287)).
