原料场筒仓输入输出系统是原料自动化控制系统中煤系统的重要组成部分,其中螺旋给料机是筒仓控制系统中的重要机电一体化设备,它的控制器选型为西门子S7-300系列,而原料基础自动化控制系统控制器为GE的PACSystem RX3i系列PLC,需实现不同公司的PLC产品间的有效、可靠的通信。基于Modbus TCP螺旋给料机与原料中控的通信,实现对螺旋给料机的中控远程接管。

The input and output system of the silo is an important part of the automatic control system.The spiral feeder is an important mechanical and electrical integration equipment in the silo control system.The spiral feeder controller selection is the SIEMENS S7-300 series,while the material based automation control system controller is GE PACSystem RX3 iPLC.Effective and reliable communication between different PLC products is required.This paper is based on the communication between the Modbus TCP screw feeder and the raw material control to realize remote control of the screw feeder.
