摘要
以内模(连杆机构)收缩后形体最小为目标,建立内模机构数学模型,采用MATLAB软件优化工具箱中的fmincon函数得出最优解,利用Pro/E软件建立优化后内模机构的运动过程,经测量和检查各构件运动中未发生干涉,证明了内模机构优化结果的正确性。
Mathematical model was built on the aim of a minimal internal mold model.This paper achieves the optimize result by using the fmincon function in MATLAB software,and establishes the optimal movements of the internal mold by using Pro/E software.Through no interference occurs by the measurement and inspection,the optimization method as proved correctly.
