摘要
为了研究汽车制动噪声,开发了一套固有频率检测系统。系统基于Lab VIEW开发,通过锤击法进行模态试验。由采集卡采集激励信号和响应信号并分析比对,判断工件是否达到的频率要求。采用了峰值提取法,并把提取到的频率同相位谱进行分析,提高测试精度。介绍了系统的设计,详细论述了系统软件的分析原理和实现方法,并通过模态试验对该系统进行验证。实验结果表明:系统能按照预期目标拾取工件固有频率,并给出判断结果。
In order to study the automobile brake components noise,this paper develops a set of detecting system of natural frequency.The detection system based on impact test is developed by using Lab VIEW.The excitation signal and response signal are collected by the acquisition card,and the system will determine whether the components meet the requirements.The system combining the peak extraction algorithm with phase spectrum analysis,improve the testing precision.This paper introduces the design of the system,and discusses the principle and the realization method of the system.
