摘要
对于核心企业而言,如何科学合理地选择供应商对企业成本的控制、供应链的稳定、公司风险的管理都有着极其关键的作用。主要运用模糊理论构建一个基于泛化模糊数的多属性决策供应商选择模型。模型对属性权重的考虑使得模型更为贴合实际且结果更加合理。采用结合矩阵互补特性的可能度偏好矩阵对备选供应商进行排序并得到排序向量。模型可以通过泛化模糊数中参数的调节来满足不同的专家偏好,以使之适应不同的决策环境。
This paper is based on the fuzzy theory to build a supplier selection model by multiple attribute decision making with generalized fuzzy number.It makes the result more realistic and more reasonable by taking attribute weights into account.It uses the method of combining the possible degree of preference matrix with the complementary characteristics of the matrix to rank the alternative suppliers and results a priority vector.Besides,the model can be adjusted by the parameters in the generalized fuzzy number to satisfy different expert preference for adapting to different decision-making environment.
