煤矿中央泵房水泵综合自动控制主控板的设计

摘要 针对煤矿中央泵房排水系统中单台排水泵的工作流程,提出了一种基于嵌入式微处理器的主控板,能够控制3台射流泵球阀、3台管道电动闸阀,完成水位、正负压力、流量检测功能,并提供高压启动器控制接口、RS232、RS485和网络接口,能够完成单台水泵及其相关设备的自动、手动和远程控制。 This paper designs a master control board according to the working process of the single drainage pump which work on coal mines central pump room.The master control board based on embedded MCU processor,able to control three jet pumps and three pipeline electric gate valves.It also could monitor water level change,the positive and negative pressure change and flow change.At the same time,it provides high voltage starter control interface,RS232 and RS485 and network interfaces,able to complete automatic,manual and remote control for a single pump and its associated equipment.
