摘要
本文探讨了磷酸砖的干燥和热处理的机理 ,对原工艺参数进行了调整 ;改变热处理方法进行操作 ,可缩短生产时间 2天 ,提高产品合格率 6 %。
The mechanics for dry and heat treatment of phosphate brick are discussed in the paper. The production time can be shortened 2 days and the qualified rate can be improved 6% by the original parameters adjustment and the heat operation improvement.
