摘要
为了解医学院校的不同专业、性别、年级大学生在食品安全意识及消费行为方面的差异,采用随机整群抽样的方法对广东省5所医学院校的1020名大学生进行问卷调查,并应用SPSS 11.0对调查数据进行统计分析。结果表明:医学或食品安全相关专业大学生了解相关食品安全知识的只占5.4%~13.8%,人数略微多于非医学或食品相关专业大学生。不同专业大学生的食品安全意识差异明显(P﹤0.050),但不同性别、年级大学生的差异没有特定规律。在饮食习惯、消费习惯、维权意识等方面,不同专业大学生的差异不显著(P>0.050)。医学院校仍要采取多种方法加强对大学生的食品安全常识教育,净化大学校园的食品安全环境,保障大学校园的食品安全。
In order to study the differences of food safety awareness and consumption behavior among college students in different majors, genders and grades, By random group sampling method, 1020 Undergraduates were recruited from five medical Universities, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 11.0 software. The results show that only 5.4% -13.8% of the students with medical or food safety associated academic background have a complete knowledge of these food safety, knowledge. The discrepancy in the awareness of food safety between the undergraduates in different major is significant difference ( P 〈 0.050 ) , but there aren' t specifc rules between the undergraduates in different gender and grade . in the diet habits, consumption habits, safeguarding their legal rights, etc., the difference is not significant difference between undergraduates in different major ( P〉0.050 ) . It is urgently necessary to carry out food safety education among the medical college students, including increasing their awareness and good practice of food safety
