摘要
随着高校创新创业教育的发展,师资队伍建设成为影响"双创教育"发展的一个关键问题。美国创新创业教育的发展走在全球的前列,有丰富的经验。借鉴其成功经验,通过对嘉应学院师资队伍建设现状的分析,提出地方院校创新创业教育师资队伍建设的措施建议:一是建立合理的"双创教育"教师激励制度;二是内培外引双管齐下培训"双创教育"师资;三是强化市场转化师资队伍建设。
With the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,the problem in construction of teaching staff has become a key issue.The innovation and entrepreneurship education in the United States is at the forefront of the world,accumulating a wealth of experiences.By referring to its successfulexperiences,taking Jiaying College as an example,this paper analyzes the shortcomings in construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching staff in local colleges of China and puts forward four measures:firstly,to establish a reasonable "dual-innovation education" staff-management system;secondly,to train the staff either inside or outside the college;thirdly,to construct the team of experts serving the market.
