本文介绍了三代基因编辑技术ZFN、TALEN及CRISPR/Cas9的作用机制和技术关键,对利用基因编辑技术进行昆虫研究相关的靶标选择案例与实际应用实例进行介绍。针对各项实际案例的研究结果,系统地对这项技术可能出现的问题进行分析阐述,展望其在害虫防治方面的应用前景。

This review introduced the genome editing technology and summarizes the application of genome editing in pest control. Then the accounts of prospects and challenges for the use of these technology for pest control were presented. This review provided the reference for the further application of genome editing in pest control.
