摘要
本文通过对锆合金管材外表面常出现的点坑和划伤缺陷,采用故障树的方法对操作人员、生产设备、生产过程控制和工艺参数等方面分析了产生该问题的原因,提出了改进措施建议。为锆合金管材生产过程质量控制及持续改进提供了一定的管理经验。
In this paper, tile fold defect were analyzed on the surface of Zirconium alloy. Concluded the mason, there are some treatment measures for the production of Zirconium Tube.h is a high reliability, and earl also be used for the quality management experience of production of Zirconium Tube.l
