防水卷材和涂料复合后的粘结剥离性能试验研究探讨 被引量:3

摘要 复合防水施工时应选用两种相容的材料,但对于两种材料是否相容目前没有试验进行验证。本研究对防水卷材与涂料复合后的粘结剥离性能进行测试,初步判断其相容性。结果表明:自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材与JS防水涂料复合;PVC防水卷材与JS防水涂料、聚氨酯防水涂料复合;HDPE防水板与热熔橡胶沥青防水涂料复合;聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材与聚氨酯防水涂料复合,这些组合的粘结剥离性能均较佳。 Composite waterproofing construction should use compatible materials, but there is no experimental data to verify the compatibility of the two materials. In this paper, the compatibility of waterproofing membrane and coating is judged by testing the peeling performance after composite bonding. The results show that self-adhering polymer modified asphah waterproofing membrane combined with JS waterproofing coating, PVC membrane combined with JS waterproofing coating or polyurethane coating, HDPE waterproofing board combined with hot melt rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating, polyethylene polypropylene waterproofing membrane combined with polyurethane waterproofing coating all have good peeling performances.
