摘要
以纯丙烯酸树脂、重质碳酸钙、钛白粉为基料,加入一定量助剂制得了金属屋面防水涂料。对所制涂料进行热老化、浸水老化、紫外线老化和人工气候老化处理,研究其老化后的拉伸性能。结果表明,制得的金属屋面防水涂料耐老化性能优异,能够满足外露使用要求。
Waterproofing coating for metal roof is prepared by pure acrylic resin, heavy calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide as basic materials and certain auxiliary. The tensile performances after thermal aging, immersion aging, UV aging and artificial weathering aging are studied. The results show that the prepared waterproofing coating for metal roof has excellent aging resistance and can meet the requirements of exposed application.
