摘要 在对YB29井长兴组二段进行APR测试期间发生了射孔枪断落事故。通过对该井修井的难点和风险进行分析,制定了有针对性的打捞和套管防磨措施,通过套铣、打捞分步和套捞一体等两种修井工艺,顺利打捞出井内的全部射孔枪落鱼;制定的套管防磨措施通过后期的测井径和电磁探伤验证,整个作业过程对套管磨损较小。该井修井工艺技术的成功实施,为类似的超深井修井打捞提供了借鉴。 During the APR test to the Changxing Group II of YB29 well,accident of the perforation gun broken fall is occurred.Through the analysis of the difficulties and risks of the workover,the corresponding workover and casing anti-wear measures are put forward,and by means of two kinds of workover technologies of milling,fishing,step and fishing together,all the perforating guns in the well have been successfully fished out.The measures to prevent casing wear have been verified by later logging and electromagnetic testing,and the whole operation process is less worn on the casing.The successful implementation of the well workover technology provides a reference for later similar deep well workover.
