高炉除尘灰用于COREX气化炉喷吹的可行性研究 被引量:4

摘要 高炉除尘灰中含有大量的铁、碳等元素,为探究其在COREX气化炉中喷吹的可行性,采用化学分析、激光粒度分析仪和X射线衍射(XRD)对高炉重力灰、布袋灰和COREX气化炉粉尘的化学成分、粒度分布和矿物组成等进行对比分析。采用热重分析法(TGA)对全氧条件下样品的燃烧性进行试验研究,计算特征温度及综合燃烧特性指数。同时,利用DAEM模型计算样品燃烧过程的平均活化能。结果表明,高炉布袋灰的化学成分、粒度分布与COREX气化炉粉尘接近,且其综合燃烧性能更好,重力灰的燃烧性较差。布袋灰燃烧过程的平均活化能仅为39.6 k J/mol,明显低于COREX气化炉粉尘。研究结果表明,高炉布袋灰具有用于气化炉喷吹的可行性,高炉重力灰用于气化炉喷吹时则可降低喷吹粉尘的燃烧率。 Feasibility research of injection of blast furnace dust, which contains a large amount of iron and carbon, into melter gasifier of COREX was conducted to investigate an efficient utilization method. Chemical analysis, laser particle size analyzer and X-ray diffraction were used to investigate the chemical composition, particle size distribution, specifc surface area and mineral composition of BF dust, including gravitational dust and bag dust, compared with the recycling dust of COREX. Thermogravimetric analysis was used to analyze combustion characteristics of samples under oxygen at- mosphere, and the characteristic temperature, flammability index and comprehensive combustion characteristics index were calculated. Meanwhile, DAEM model was used to calculate the average activation energy of different samples. The results show that the chemical composition and particle size distribution of the bag dust are similar to those of the recycling dust of COREX, and the bag dust has better comprehensive combustion characteristics. The average activation energy of bag dust is 39.6kJ/mol, which is obviously lower than that of the recycling dust of COREX. The bag dust can be injected into melter gasifier of COREX, while it may decrease the combustion ratio of the dust to inject gravitational dust.
