陶瓷砖喷墨打印技术已在生产中普遍应用,在打印设备、陶瓷墨水等方面,其性能、技术都在不断提升和创新,将喷墨打印技术深入综合应用于生产,与传统工艺相结合是陶瓷砖研发及生产应用的重点。本文将综合浅述现有或大规模应用于生产的喷墨设备技术与传统工艺的结合,并进行探析研究。

Ceramic inkjet printing technology has been widely used in production in printing equipment, ceramics ink and so on. Its performance and technology are constantly upgrading and innovation. The inkjet printing technology for comprehensive production, combine with the traditional process is the focus of R ＆ D and application for ceramic tiles. This paper will combine the technology of existing or inkjet equipment used in production with the traditional process and analyses the issues.
