象山县性病就诊者梅毒预防知识调查

STD patients' syphilis prevention knowledge in Xiangshan county,Zhejiang province

目的:了解性病就诊者梅毒预防知识的知晓情况,评估梅毒预防宣教工作的效果,为开展有针对性的宣传干预工作提供依据。方法:对2016年6-8月间性病就诊者进行问卷调查,建立Excel数据库,并进行统计分析。结果:年龄以20~39岁为主,占76.38%;职业以农民、民工、家务待业为主,占66.33%;梅毒预防知识的知晓率为44.97%;获取预防知识的途径最主要为网络。结论:目前象山县性病就诊者梅毒知识知晓率较低。我们应针对各类人群,制定有效的的性病知识宣传干预活动,增进公众性病预防知识。

ObjectiveTo know about the STD patients＇ awareness of syphilis prevention knowledge,to assess the effect of syphilis preventive education,in order to provide basis for the work to carry out targeted interventions.Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among STD patients seeking medical consultation from June to August 2016.Database was set up by Excel and statistical analysis was made.Results The patients were mainly aged between 20～39 years old,which accounted for 76.38% of the total.Most of them were farmers,migrant workers,and job seekers,who accounted for 66.33% of the total.The awareness rate of syphilis prevention knowledge was 44.97%.The most important way to acquire syphilis prevention knowledge was the Internet.Conclusions At present,STD patients have a low awareness rate of syphilis knowledge,thus we should carry out effective publicity activities of STD knowledge for the public to promote the awareness rate of STD prevention knowledge.
