摘要
长期以来,民族地区特殊教育课程体系或简单仿照普通学校,或对内地特校课程进行移植,忽视了少数民族地区特殊儿童的个性特征。民族地区特教学校进行校本课程开发是对少数民族特殊儿童作为"人"的价值肯定,也是对其民族特征的尊重和个别化教育需求的满足,有益于增进少数民族特殊儿童与课堂内容的互动。进行民族地区校本课程开发应肯定特殊儿童的发展可能性,挖掘民族地区校本课程资源,有组织地开展校本课程开发培训和行动研究。
For a long time, the curriculum system of special education in ethnic minority areas has either been following ordinary schools or transplanting the courses of special schools in the inland, while completely ignoring the special characteristics of exceptional children in ethnic minority areas. The school-based curriculum development in ethnic areas is the affirmation of the value of exceptional children of minority nationalities as " human being" and the respect of minority characteristics and the satisfaction of special education needs. The development of school - based curriculum in minority areas should affirm the development possibility of exceptional children, develop the school - based curriculum resources in ethnic areas and carry out the action research on school - based curriculum development in an organized way.
