复方新诺明治疗艾滋病对生存状况的影响

目的探讨复方新诺明治疗艾滋病对生存状况的影响。方法艾滋病70例,按治疗方法r的不同分为两组,各35例。对照组仅采用高效抗逆转录病毒治疗,观察组在高效抗逆转录病毒治疗的基础上加用复方新诺明。两组治疗前后CD_4^+T淋巴细胞的变化、血清清蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶、治疗费用及机会性感染的次数进行比较。应用SPSS 22.0软件,所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和2检验。结果两组治疗前CD_4^+T淋巴细胞血清清蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶变化比较,P均>0.05。同组治疗前后CD_4^+T淋巴细胞血清清蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶变化比较:观察组治疗前后CD_4^+T淋巴细胞血清清蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶变化比较,P均<0.0005。对照组治疗前后CD_4^+T淋巴细胞血清清蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶变化比较,P均<0.0005。两组治疗后CD_4^+T淋巴细胞变化比较,P<0.005;两组治疗后血清清蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶变化比较,P均<0.0005。两组就医频次、药物治疗费用及住院治疗费用比较,P均<0.0005。两组机会性感染的发生次数0次、1~3次,P均<0.005;4~5次,P<0.05;5次以上比较,P>0.05。结论复方新诺明可有效降低艾滋病患者机会性感染的发生率,治疗费用较低,有助于提高生活质量,改善生存状况。

Objective To explore the effects of compound neononamine on the treatment of AIDS. Methods 70 cases of AIDS were divided into two groups and 35 cases. Conclusion Compound new north Ming can effectively reduce the incidence of opportunistic infection of AIDS patients, the treatment cost is low, help to improve the quality of life, improve the living conditions.
