苗族跳香的起源、现状与困境——以泸溪地区为分析对象

The Origin,Current Situation and Predicament of “Tiaoxiang” in Miao Nationality:a Case Study of Luxi Region

苗族跳香历史悠久,属于泸溪苗族最具代表性的三大祭祀活动之一,其蕴含着丰富的文化内涵与艺术价值。但苗族跳香目前遍布区域缩小,民间跳香组织困难,跳香习俗随着苗老司的亡故而大部分失传,受外界各种文化的冲击,跳香表现形式发生相应变化,年轻一代对这种民俗文化比较忽视,从而使苗族跳香今后的发展走向及延续面临诸多困境与挑战。保护与研究苗族跳香已势在必行。

Tiaoxiang has long history and belongs to one of the three representative sacrificial activities in Miao nationality of Luxi region, it contains rich culture intentions and art value. However, at present it faces some problems such as spreading areas are shrinking, it＇s difficult for civilians to organize such activity, most of this custom is being lost along with the death of the flamen, bearing the influence of different kinds of culture, its form of expression is changing, the young generation ignores this kind of custom as well. Those all bring some difficulties and challenges to Tiaoxiang＇s future development and transmission. It is imperative to prolect and research Tiaoxiang.
