400V Automatic Switchover Backup Power System in Geheyan Hydropower Plant

备自投是指工作电源因为故障或其他的因素断开以后,使备用电源自动投入的自动控制装置。隔河岩电厂400 V备自投盘柜主要由PLC、开关电源、空开、电压变送器、继电器、信号继电器、交流接触器、开关把手、指示灯等构成。备自投控制电源采用双电源供电,两路供电电源分别取自进线变压器低压侧。正常由Ⅰ路进线供电,Ⅰ路失电时,自动切到Ⅱ路供电。隔河岩电厂备自投自2014年改造以来,运行情况良好,为电厂的安全可靠运行提供了保证。

The automatic switchover backup power system is an automatic control device that switches to the backup power in case of disconnection of the work power. The control cabinet of the d00 V automatic switchover backup power system in Geheyan Hydropower Plant consists mainly of PLC, switching power supply, air-break switch, voltage trans- mitter, relay, signal relay, AC contactor, switch handle, and indicator lamps. In the backup power system, dual power supplies are provided, which are connected to the low voltage side of the incoming line transformer. In normal situation, line I provides the power supply. In case of power off accidents in line I, it switches to line Ⅱ automatically. Prac- tice shows that the automatic switchover backup power system in Geheyan Hydropower Plant operated well since the reno- vation in 2014, which guarantees the safe and reliable oneration of the Dower nlant.
