摘要
人员绩效观察指导是核电厂人员绩效管理"P-D-C-A"循环中的一环,可有效提升核电厂整体人员绩效水平。通过对核电厂人员绩效观察指导方法进行研究,形成了系统化的人员绩效观察指导方法,为中国核电人因管理工作的开展提供了有力的帮助。无论是细致周全的观察准备、科学的现场观察,还是清晰明确的结果反馈以及严谨的数据统计分析,都紧密结合核电厂人员的日常行为,为核电厂人员绩效水平的提升起到了极大的效果,并为中核集团内部人员绩效管理层面工作规范化、统一化、标准化打下坚实的基础。
The personnel performance observation and guidance is one important link in the performance management " P - D - C - A" circle for nuclear power plants, which could effectively increase the overall personnel performance level. Thus, the personnel performance observation and guidance method for nuclear power plants is discussed. A systematic personnel performance observation and guidance method is proposed, in which the comprehensive observation prepara- tion, scientific field observation, clear feedback of the observation results, and rigorous data analysis and statistics are included and closely integrated with the daily activities of nuclear power plant personnel. With the proposed method, the personnel performance level in nuclear power plants is found to be increased. Also, it provides a sound foundation for the normalization, unification and standardization of the personnel performance management work in China National Nu- clear Corporation.
