关于新形势下构建安全、文明电力生产局面的思考

On the Safe and Civilized Production of Hydropower Stations under New Situations

安全生产是每个企业的生命,也是赖以生存的最基本条件,电力生产行业也不例外。目前,国内新投产的水电站越来越多,装机规模也越来越大,每个水电站在建设期、建设与机组运行并行期、尾工项目处理期、达标期等阶段、以及各种尾工项目均潜伏着不同安全生产风险。水电站一线生产人员,尤其班组长、安全员应积极主动参与电站隐患排查治理工作,主动查找危险源、风险点,确保电站安全稳定运行,以此构建安全、文明的电力生产局面。

Safe production is the key issue of every enterprise and especially the power stations. Presently , a large num- ber of new hydropower stations with huge installed capacities are launched. In the construction period, parallel period of construction and operation, closing work processing period, and compliance checking period of each station, different safe production risks could be encountered. The frontline staff, especially the team leaders and safety officers should ac- tively participate in the checking and treatment of safety risks to ensure the safe and stable operation of the stations. Thus, the safe and civilized electrical power production could be realized.
