锦屏二级水电站1号主变低压侧地刀远方合闸不成功案例浅析

摘要 针对锦屏二级水电站1号主变年检中低压侧地刀远方合闸不成功的案例,分别对地刀现地电气控制回路与监控控制逻辑流程中常见故障逐一进行分析研究,确认其原因为高厂变低压侧开关处于检修中,监控无法检测该开关位置状态,从而导致监控条件判据中"电气一次回路"条件不满足,系统操作流程退出。 In the annum maintenance of the No. 1 main transformer in Jinping II I-Iydropower Station, an unsuccessful remote closing fault is observed in the low voltage side grounding switch. Then, common faults in the local electrical control circuit of the grounding switch and the monitoring and control logic process are analyzed. The results show that the low voltage side switch in the high voltage auxiliary transformer was in the maintenance state. Thus the status of the switch could not be detected by the monitoring system. The electrical primary circuit condition in the monitoring system is therefore not satisfied, which causes the exit of the operation process.
