摘要
针对耐磨棒在生产过程中出现的开裂现象,通过原材料成分分析、金相组织分析、电镜能谱分析和工件制作工艺过程分析对其产生原因进行了探讨。结果表明:感应加热淬火后未及时回火和材料成分中锰元素偏析致使了工件开裂。
To solve the problem of cracking of wear resistant rodduring production process, raw material compositionanalysis, metaIlographic structure analysis, electron microscope energy spectrum analysis and the production process analysis are made to discuss the cause of the crack. The results showed that the quenching of the material and the segregation of manganese in the material composition led to the cracking of the workpiece.
