摘要
校企合作是高等院校提高人才培养质量的重要手段,也是有效提升人才培养质量、评价教学成果的重要方式。从学校、企业、学生三个维度出发,构建了多维度多层次的毕业生实习质量评价指标体系,并利用层次模型分析法AHP对所构建的指标体系进行验证,从而为高职院校毕业生实习质量评价指标体的研究提供必要的理论依据。
School- enterprise cooperation is an important means to improve the talent training qualityand the quality of personnel training and teaching evaluation. The multi - dimensional multi - level graduate internship quality evaluation index system is designed by three dimensions starting from schools, enterprises and students. The indicator system is validated by using analysis hierarehyProcess method (AHP), which can provide theoretical basis for research of vocational colleges graduates quality evaluation index system.
