深圳市宝安区某公司印刷品生产建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价 被引量:2

Evaluation on control effect of occupational hazards in presswork manufacturing construction project of a company in Bao'an District of Shenzhen City

摘要 目的对深圳市宝安区某公司印刷品生产建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,明确建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法依据国家相关法规和标准,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查法进行定性定量评价。结果该建设项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为正己烷、戊烷、正庚烷、二氯甲烷、甲基环己烷、甲醇、异丙醇、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、异佛尔酮、丙酮、环己酮、乙醛、二丙酮醇、2-乙氧基乙酸乙酯、萘、臭氧、紫外辐射、噪声、X射线。化学毒物共检测13个点,均合格;噪声强度测定5个点,合格率为80%;紫外辐射检测5个点,合格率为40%。结论该项目属于较重职业病危害的项目,正式投产后若能落实在评价报告中提出的补充措施及建议,职业病危害基本可控。 [Objective] To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in presswork manufacturing construction project of a company in Bao'an District of Shenzhen City,identify the occupational hazard factors in this project,analyze the degree of hazards and assess the protection measures against occupational hazards and the effect.[Methods] On the basis of the national laws and regulations,the qualitative and quantitative evaluation was carried out with occupational health field investigation,occupational health detection and occupational health examination.[Results] The major occupational hazards in this project were,n-hexane,pentane,nheptane,dichloromethane,methylcyclohexane,methanol,isopropanol,ethylbenzene,xylene,ethylbenzene,isophorone,acetone,cyclohexanone,acetaldehyde,diacetone alcohol,2-ethylene acetate,naphthalene,ozone,ultraviolet radiation,noise and X-ray.Of all 13 detection points of chemical poisons,the qualified rate was 100%.The qualified rate of noise intensity and ultraviolet radiation intensity was respectively 80% in 5 detection points and 40% in 5 detection points.[Conclusion] The project is classified as heavier occupational hazard project.After completing the rectification according to the suggestion of the evaluation report,occupational hazards are basically under control.
