大鼠出生前与暴露于1800 MHz电磁波辐射对其海马中神经细胞黏附分子表达的影响 被引量:5

Effect of prenatal and postnatal exposure to 1 800 MHz electromagnetic radiation on expression of neuronal cell adhesion molecule in hippocampus of SD rats

摘要 目的探讨1 800 MHz电磁辐射出生前和出生后大鼠海马中神经细胞黏附分子(NCAM)表达的影响。方法采用1 800 MHz射频电磁波分别对32只SD孕鼠于孕期0~20 d和32只4周龄大鼠进行连续21 d暴露,每天12 h,功率密度为0.5和1.0m W/cm^2。各实验组分别设置虚拟暴露作为对照。暴露期间的环境条件(温度、湿度、背景噪声等)稳定。暴露完成后(待出生前暴露组F1代仔鼠长至7周龄)每组随机抽取8只(仔鼠)大鼠,采用免疫组织化学方法对海马中NCAM进行染色;随后采用图像分析系统进行分析。结果出生前及出生后0.5 m W/cm^2功率密度组与对照组相比,均出现NCAM表达下调;1.0 m W/cm^2未发现此类情况。出生前0.5 m W/cm^2组与出生后0.5 m W/cm^2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。0.5 m W/cm^2暴露组与1.0 m W/cm^2暴露组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1 800 MHz电磁波可致出生前及出生后暴露SD大鼠海马NCAM在0.5 m W/cm^2组表达下调。 [Objective] To investigate the effects of prenatal and postnatal exposure to 1 800 MHz electromagnetic radiation on neuronal cell adhesion molecule (NCAM) expression in hippocampus of SD rats.[Methods] 32 pregnant rats with 0-20 days of pregnancy and 32 four weeks old rats were exposed to 1 800 MHz radiofrequency (RF) waves for 21 days with frequency of 12 hours per day under the power density 0.5 mW/ccm^2 and 1.0 mW/ccm^2 respectively.The control groups with virtual exposure were given the same number and same situation to experimental groups.Environmental conditions during the exposure such as temperature,humidity and background noise were stable.After exposure,8 rats were randomly selected from every group when the offspring of the rats in prenatal exposure group were seven weeks old,and the expression of NCAM in the hippocampus was detected by immunohistochemical staining,then the images were analyzed by image analysis system.[Results] The expressions of NCAM in prenatal and postnatal exposure groups with power density of 0.5 mW/ccm^2 decreased as compared with the control groups,while it was not observed in groups with power density of mW/ccm^2.There was no significant difference between the prenatal and postnatal exposure groups with power density of 0.5 mW/ccm^2 (P〉0.05).The difference was significant between 0.5 mW/ccm^2 and 1.0 mW/ccm^2 exposure groups (P〈0.05).[Conclusion] The expression of NCAM in hippocampus of SD rats decreases after prenatal and postnatal exposure to 1 800 MHz electromagnetic radiation with power density of 0.5 mW/ccm^2.
