Different pretreatment methods in determination of mercury in urine by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 目的建立氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定尿中汞的方法。方法通过比较尿样两种不同前处理方式对尿汞测定结果的影响,提出以高锰酸钾—硫酸体系消化尿液,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定尿中汞。结果方法的检出限为0.078μg/L,尿样的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.39%~3.49%,回收率为97.5%~106.9%。结论该法尿样前处理简单,快速,方法灵敏度高,精密度与准确度较好,适用于尿中汞的批量测定。 [Objective] To establish a method for the determination of mercury in urine by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Methods] By comparing the effect of different pretreatment methods on urine mercury determination results,the study proposed that potassium permanganate-sulfuric acid was used to digest the urine samples,and hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was applied in the determination of mercury content in urine.[Results] The detection limit was 0.078 μg/L,the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.39%-3.49%,and the recoveries were between 97.5 % and 106.9 %.[Conclusion] The pretreatment method is simple and rapid with higher sensitivity,precision and accuracy,which is suitable for the batch determination of mercury in the urine.
