2016年唐山市丰南区居民食品安全知识、态度及行为调查

Investigation on knowledge,attitude and behavior of food safety among residents in Fengnan District of Tangshan City in 2016

目的了解丰南区居民食品安全知识、态度及行为情况,为开展食品安全知识健康教育和行为干预提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,利用自制调查问卷,随机对500名城乡居民进行调查,整理数据并进行统计学分析。结果被调查的居民食品安全知识正确回答率为60.1%,87.5%的居民对食品安全表示关注,38.4%的居民对本地区食品感到不安全,食品安全行为正确回答率为53.2%。农村居民、低学历人群、青少年、老人和低收入人群的食品安全知识、态度、行为正答率相对偏低。食品安全知识、态度和行为之间均呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论丰南区居民食品安全知识相对匮乏,有关部门应针对重点人群广泛开展多种形式的食品安全宣传教育,引导群众树立正确的食品安全态度,逐步形成健康的自觉的食品安全行为。

[Objective] To understand the knowledge,attitude and behavior of food safety among residents in Fengnan District,provide the basis for carrying out the health education and behavior intervention of food safety.[Methods] By stratified random sampling method,500 urban and rural residents were investigated by the self-made questionnaire,and the data were analyzed statistically.[Results] The correct answer rate of food safety knowledge was 60.1%,87.5% of residents expressed concern about food safety residents,and 38.4% thought the local food is unsafe.The correct answer rate of food safety behavior was 53.2%.The correct answer rates of knowledge,attitude and behavior of food safety were lower in rural residents,less-educated people,adolescents,elderly and low-income people.The food safety knowledge structure of the surveyed residents was not balanced.The differences in knowledge,attitude and behavior of food safety were statistically significant among different groups in living area,education level and age （P〈0.05）.There were the significant positive correlations among food safety knowledge,attitude and behavior （P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] There is a lack of food safety knowledge among residents in Fengnan District.The departments should carry out food safety publicity and education for the key population in various ways,guide the residents to establish a correct attitude towards food safety,and gradually form a healthy and conscious food safety behavior.
