四川藏区警察工作家庭冲突与职业满意度调查 被引量:2

Research on work family conflict and job satisfaction of polices in Tibetan Areas of Sichuan

摘要 目的探索藏区警察工作家庭冲突和职业满意度的现状及关系。方法通过整群随机抽样的方法从四川藏区选取215名警察进行工作家庭冲突和职业满意度调查。结果藏区警察工作家庭冲突总分处于中等偏上水平,工作对家庭冲突高于家庭对工作冲突,职业满意度处于中等水平;藏区男民警的工作对家庭冲突显著高于女民警(P<0.05);家庭对工作冲突和职业满意度不存在显著性别差异;藏区已婚警察的工作对家庭冲突显著高于未婚警察,藏区未婚警察的职业满意度显著高于已婚警察(均P<0.05);藏区警察工作家庭冲突和职业满意度在子女状况变量上存在显著差异,在工作对家庭的冲突中,有3岁以下和3~12岁子女的藏区警察的冲突程度高于无子女和有12岁以上子女的藏区警察,在家庭对工作的冲突中,有任何年龄段子女的藏区警察的冲突程度都显著高于无子女者,在这2类冲突中,均显示有3岁以下子女的藏区警察的冲突程度最高(均P<0.01)。在职业满意度方面,无子女和有12岁以上子女的藏区警察的得分显著高于有3岁以下和3~12岁子女的藏区警察(均P<0.01)。进行相关分析后,显示藏区警察工作家庭冲突各个维度及总分之间呈显著正相关(P<0.01);而此工作家庭冲突各个维度及总分与职业满意度呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论藏区警察工作家庭冲突较为突出,并且对职业满意度产生负面影响。 [Objective] To explore the status of work family conflict and job satisfaction of polices in Tibetan Areas of Sichuan,analyze their relationship.[Methods] 215 polices were collected from Tibetan Areas of Sichuan by cluster random sampling method,to perform the investigation of work family conflict and job satisfaction.[Results] The total score of work family conflict in polices in Tibetan Areas was at a moderately high level,the work-family conflict (WCF) score was higher than the family-work conflict (FCW) score,and the job satisfaction score was in the middle level.The WCF score of male polices was higher than that of female polices (P〈0.05),and there were not statistically significant differences in scores of FCW and job satisfaction between males and females.The WCF score of married police was significantly higher than that of unmarried polices,and the job satisfaction score of unmarried polices was significantly higher than that of married polices (both P〈0.05).There were statistically significant differences in scores of work family conflict and job satisfaction among polices with different offspring status.WCF scores of polices who had children aged 3-12 years old and under 3 years old were higher than those of polices without children or with children over 12 years old,while FCW scores of polices who had children were higher than those of polices without children,and polices who had children under 3 years old had the highest scores in both WCF and FCW (all P〈0.01).The job satisfaction scores of polices without children or with children over 12 years old were significantly higher than those of polices who had children aged 3-12 years old and under 3 years old (both P〈0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between each dimension score and total score of work family conflict in Tibetan areas polices (P〈0.01),and each dimension score and total score of work family conflict were significantly negatively correlated with job satisfaction score (P〈0.01).[Conclusion] Work family conflict is intense in Tibetan areas polices,and has negative influence on job satisfaction.
