野茼蒿对UC大鼠血清黏附分子表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过研究野茼蒿对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠血清相关黏附分子表达的影响,探讨其对溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:选择2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)与乙醇混合液诱导的溃疡性结肠炎大鼠为研究对象,把UC模型大鼠分为:空白对照组、模型组,野茼蒿低、中、高剂量组,阳性对照组,每组各12只。每天给予各组不同药物处理。于给药21d后对大鼠结肠组织进行CMDI和HS评分,并用ELISA法检测血清黏附分子CD62P、PSGL-1、CD44、CD54的含量,比较各组间指标差异。结果:与空白组相比,模型组CMDI评分和HS评分以及血清中黏附分子CD62P、PSGL-1、CD44、CD54明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);与模型组比较,低、中、高剂量组大鼠上述两个评分以及黏附分子含量一定程度上降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);与模型组相比,SASP组大鼠血清述两个评分以及黏附分子的含量明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:野茼蒿冻干粉对UC大鼠有一定的治疗作用,其机制可能与影响CD62P、PSGL-1、CD44、CD54的表达有关。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Wild Chrysanthemum on the expression of serum-related adhesion molecules in rats with ulcerative colitis and to explore its effect on ulcerative colitis.Method: The rats of ulcerative colitis induced by 2, 4, 6-trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid ( TNBS ) and ethanol were selected as the study subjects.The UC rats were divided into six groups: blank group, model group, wild chrysanthemum Low, medium and high dose group, positive control group, 12 cases in each group.Each group was given a different medication every day.At 21 days after administration, CMDI score and HS score were performed on rat colon tissue. The levels of CD62P, PSGL-1, CD44 and CD54 in serum were measured by ELISA.The differences of six groups were compared and analyzed statistically.Result: Compared with the blank group, the CMDI scores and HS scores and the levels of CD62P, PSGL-1, CD44 and CD54 in the serum of the model group were significantly increased ( P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ) ; compared with the model group, the two scores and the levels of adhesion molecules in serum of the low, medium and high dose rats groups were significantly lower ( P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ) ; compared with the model group, the above two scores and the content of adhesion molecules in serum of SASP group were significantly decreased ( P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: The freeze-dried powder of Wild Chrysanthemum has a certain therapeutic effect on the clinical symptoms of UC rats.The mechanism may be related to the expression of CD62P, PSGL-1, CD44 and CD54.
