我国人口正处于快速老龄化阶段,预计2030年我国将成为全球人口老龄化程度最高的国家。当前,我国老年人群中,超过70%的老年人患有心脑血管疾病等慢性病,超过76.5%的老年人同时患有多种疾病,健康状况堪忧。结合中医药治疗老年病的独特优势,形成以医带养、医养结合的养老模式对于解决这一问题意义重大,而专业人才的培养则是重中之重。针对这种情况,围绕中医药院校培养医养结合型人才的意义和策略进行探讨。

Chinese population is aging rapidly now.It is estimated that China will be the most age country in the world by 2030.Currently,more than 70% of the elderly had chronic disease like the cardiovascular diseases and over 76.5% had more than one diseases.Their health is of great concern.Constructing a service mode for the elderly featuring the combination of medical service and nursing by combining the unique advantage of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating geratologic diseases is of great meaning for solving this problem.And the training of specific talents is of the greatest importance.According to this situation,this article discussed the significance and countermeasures for the training of talents specialized in the combination of medical service and nursing for traditional Chinese medical schools.
