摘要 目的分析湖北省住院患者对基本医疗保险的满意度情况及其期望。方法从湖北5个市中选择1 008名参保住院患者进行满意度问卷调查,运用卡方检验、方差分析对患者满意度进行分析。结果患者对基本医疗保险总体满意度不高,"非常满意、比较满意"的累计百分比仅为39.58%;不同参保人员对医疗保险的总体满意度之间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=36.71,P<0.01);不同维度的满意度从高到低依次为:参保的方便程度、报销比例、信息查询方便程度、缴费水平、个人负担及报销方便程度。结论患者对基本医疗保险的满意度并不高,对基本医疗保险的需求呈现多样化的特点。 Objectvies To analyze the satisfaction degree of inpatients with basic medical insurance in Hubei province and their expectations.Methods 1 008 inpatients were selected from 5 cities and a questionnaire survey was conducted among them.Statistical methods like descriptvie analysis and variance analysis were applied.Results The overall satisfaction degree of patients with basic medical insurance was low.Only 39.58% of the patients were&quot;very satisfied&quot;or&quot;satisfied&quot;.The difference in the satisfaction degree among different insurers was statistically significant(χ^2=36.71,P〈0.01).The satisfaction degree of different items were ranking as below:the convenience in getting insured,reimbursement rate,the convenience in inquiring information,self-payment,indviidual burden and easiness in reimbursement.Conclusions Patients are not satisfied with basic medical insurance and express dviersified demands.
