基于某综合医院的CN-DRGs分组效能分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation the Efficiency of CN-DRGs Based on the Sample Hospital

目的分析某综合医院实施中国疾病诊断相关组(CN-Diagnosis Related Groups,CN-DRGs)分组效能,为区域单一医院利用DRGs实施住院服务绩效评价提供理论支持。方法从某综合医院采集2014年和2015年病案首页数据,将数据导入CN-DRGs医院联盟住院绩效平台(2015版),根据导出的分组指标,从分组一致性、病例组合指数(case-mix,CMI)、住院服务效率、学科发展的均衡性4个方面进行比较分析。结果山东省某医院分组一致性与北京相吻合;计算出的CMI值高于北京地区的CMI值;住院服务效率评价效果等同;学科发展的均衡性评价与医院实际相符合。结论 CN-DRGs具有较好的兼容性,对区域单一医院分组效能评价适用,其他地区医院可推行和实施CN-DRGs。

Objectvies To analyze and evaluate the efficiency of CN-DRGs based on the sample hospital from a single region,and to provide theoretical support for hospitals to evaluate service performance using DRGs.Methods Information were acquisited from home page of medical record in 2014 and 2015,and the data were importd into Hospital Union Performance Platform.Based on the data,the four aspects were analyzed and compared in terms of the consistency of the groups,case mix index（CMI）,the hospital service efficiency and the balance of the subject development.Results The consistency of grouping between the sample hospital from Shandong Province and hospitals from Beijing was coincident.The value of CMI of the sample hospital was higher than Beijing.The balance of the subject development of the sample hospital conformed to the reality.Conclusions CN-DRGs has good compatibility,which is effectvie for the evaluation of grouping efficiency of a single regional hospital.Other areas and hospitals can implement CN-DRGs.
