Corruption has become a social problem that most of the countries in the world are facing with, and the system ot official property disclosure which has been called Sunshine Act has become a powerful measure to carry out anti-corruption work. In order to carry out the system of official property disclosure smoothly, and create a sunshine transparent government, this thesis discusses the countermeasures to improve the system of official property disclosure in line with China＇s national conditions, through the analysis of the current situation of the official property disclosure.
